The Law Offices of David S. Vogel is a personal injury law firm with a successful history of large recoveries. We help people injured by the intentional, careless, or negligent actions of others. If you have been seriously injured, impaired in your ability to work caused by the actions of others, or have a family member who has died due to someone’s carelessness, I’d like to help you on the path to recovery.

SERVICES
When in law school I saw how powerful the law could be as a tool for change and for protecting our rights I fell in love with the law. I studied the Legal Process to learn what laws were intended to do, how they were written and how they were applied. I was a law clerk for Judge Frank M. Johnson, Jr. in Montgomery, Alabama, who ruled that Rosa Parks didn’t have to give up her bus seat, who allowed the Selma to Montgomery March to proceed, and who set minimum Constitutional standards for mental hospitals. Judge Johnson was my mentor and friend.
After thirty-seven years of practicing law before many different courts in Washington and California I am still moved by justice and tenacious in its pursuit. I love to help people who need my help. I want to make a difference, and I am fortunate to be able to do that. I enjoy handling challenging cases.
